Do you offer refunds or credits?
No. We don’t offer refunds or credit transfers. Removing locations reduces the next renewal; it does not create credits.
What happens when I add a location?
Adding a location bills immediately (upfront) and your monthly total updates automatically.
What happens if payment fails?
We’ll notify you in the dashboard. If unpaid for 7 days, locations pause until payment succeeds. You can still log in and manage billing.
How is Enterprise priced?
Enterprise is priced per location with a custom rate based on volume. Talk to sales and we’ll set up the plan for your organization.
